Teva: Women’s Dalea Walking Boots

TevaReviewO1Comfortable good quality walking boots. Teva’s Dalea Mid eVent Boots are a great pair of boots for hiking, camping and festivals.

Overview: When you’re hiking, comfort is the most important feature of your footwear, so why settle for a shoe that was designed for a man’s foot? The Dalea Mid eVent was specifically designed to perfectly fit a woman’s foot. It doesn’t matter if your hikes last hours or days, the Dalea Mid eVent will ensure that your feet are always comfortable. Add in the eVent waterproof membrane and Vibram rubber outsole, and you have a light hiking shoe that is up to any challenge.

Review

TevaReview1After receiveing these boots to review I was hesitant as to how comfortable they would be for extended use at a music festival. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they needed little wearing in and were instantly comfortable. I have worn them over a number of music festivals and various camping trips that we have been on and they have suited all uses. The only time I have transferred to my good old wellington boots were on the occasions when the heavens have opened and turned the festival sites in  to mud baths. The Teva Boots are made from Full Grain Nubuck and Suede Leather, with upper Scotchguard stain protection. They have a soft appearance and are incredibly comfortable and stain resistant, the Molded Sockliner with the comfort Foam technology is probably what makes these such a comfortable boot. They have a breathable and waterproof membrane making them perfect for both inclement and sunny weather. After wearing these at many festivals and dancing my way through many festival sites I ca really appreciate the External Shoc Pad and the Vibram Rubber Outsole for versatile traction as I have a tendency to slip all over the place in wet conditions and often complain about my aching feet at the end of the day. These are a good solid walking boot at a good cost.

Recommended for: campers, hikers, bushcraft, festival goers and anyone looking for a decent walking boot.
