Festivals

So put your hands up in the air if you are a festival addict, or would like to be…

We live for the summer and those long awaited weekends where you pack up your bags, load your car with camping goodies, pick up your mates and head to your chosen festival. There’s nothing like the excitement that builds up in those days before, and the moments before you arrive.

We all spend most of the year planning which festivals we’ll be attending, who is going with us, what we want to take and who’s taking what, where we’ll meet, what bands we want to see and counting down the days until that magic moment arrives.

We’ve been going to festivals since our teens. We’ve seen a variety of music, visited many festival sites, heard numerous stories, met some fantastic people, and intend to continue to do so for the rest of our lives.

This part of the website is totally dedicated to the Great British music festival and all that it entails to camp at a festival. We’ve also added a few other exciting events as well, such as beer festivals and any other events that we believe are worth you attending due to the camping element.

There are many websites out there where you can find out information about festivals. However, this website space is totally dedicated to camping at festivals and ensuring that you get the most out of your festival and experience.

If you are a festival virgin then this is the place you need to visit for advice and guidance….

If you are a festival pro then please share you’re experiences and advice with the festival newbies….

A festival becomes your village for the time that you are there, and you become part of that community we hope that you come to see Perfect Pitch Magazine as part of your own festival community and we look forward to seeing you at as many of them as possible! Happy festivals !!!!!

See our diary for a list for festivals Perfect Pitch Magazine will be visiting.

End Of The Road Festival 2008 Review

peacockA Perfect End To Another Festival Season.

After a great summer of festivals I find myself getting melancholy and dreading the winter cooped up indoors and reminiscing about the festival season that's just passed and longing for the next years fun to start. Before I pack my festival gear away for the winter I make sure I have one final indulgent weekend, and in September 2008 decided to up sticks to the End Of The Road Festival in North Dorset. The End of the Road Festival took place over the weekend of the 12th-14th September at the Larmer Tree Gardens. It's roughly a couple of hours from London, so I always plan my play list as a build up to the bands I'm about to see. As the countryside rolls by, you instantly start to relax. [Discuss]
